How It Works

   All released music must be signed to Black Phantom Media.

   If your music is going out on our tablet platform, it has to be signed to the label first. We're not able to release anything that isn't officially signed with us.

   You sign per album or per song — not your whole career.

   We don't lock artists into long-term exclusive deals. You choose to sign a specific song or a specific album, project by project, on your own terms.

3. 3

   Getting started is simple.

   Submit your name and information to be considered as an artist or producer with Black Phantom Media. Once you're in our system, we can begin the process of signing your project.

4. 4

   Your music must be 100% your own.

   No uncleared samples, no unlicensed material. If a track includes a sample, you'll need a signed clearance or release for it before it can go out. This protects you and everyone who plays your music.

5. 5

   Your music must be radio-friendly.

   All releases need to be radio-edit / radio-friendly — no explicit or uncleared content. This keeps your music playable across every platform and audience we reach.
